iPhone iNews
By Jeff | June 27, 2007
June 29th may forever be known as iDay! Yes, I know that was probably a little iGay, but all the iHype around this phone is making me a little iCrazy.
In iHonor of the upcoming iFrenzy, I’ve added some more iContent to my iPhone page. More iVideos (especially in the Spoofs and Humor page) and more basic info about the iPhone. Also, recently iReleased is the specific rate plans (we will just call them iPlans to continue the theme) that AT&T has available for the iPhone that include unlimited data so you don’t have to worry about any kind of pay per use rate. Yes, the iPrice is higher, so it’s not a special ‘deal’, but in a way it is because it also includes 200 messages which can be upgraded to 1500 or unlimited if you so desire.
I’ve also added a few more iLinks about the iPhone, including iPhoneWave - which is the best overall review of the device that I have found so far.
Just a little FYI, while I haven’t been able to confirm this by any known authoritative site, my research seems to show a consensus that the ‘i’ in iTunes, iPod, iPhone, etc. derived from the original iMac which at that time stood for ‘internet’. Of course, now it’s more of a brand recognition symbol to represent an Apple product - which is like totally so super iSmart!
I’ve also added a section of Frequently Asked Questions and information from AT&T’s site that will help in the iPhone activation process. Feel free to comment if you have a question that is not answered.
Anyway, either click here or the iPhone tab at the top of any of my website pages to view my dedicated iPhone section.
