Well, I almost do! And to help me along the way, here are a few sites that I will visit frequently in my quest to claim my next Fantasy Championship. In one league, I even hope to be the first repeat Champion in league history. Go me!

This is a great list of resources for Fantasy Football, but, as someone who has never participated in Fantasy Football, I don’t know the first thing about getting started. What league do you use or recommend? Can you suggest strategy or tactics or underhanded dealings to help people win? If you have time maybe some sort of short “getting started” post would be helpful. Just a suggestion. There might already be posts like that, but I don’t know where they are. Guide me oh great guru.

Actually, it’s a good question. Thanks to your comment, I have added and additional section of some good websites with basics, tutorials, and information for beginners in the fantasy football realm.
I recommend ESPN, FOX, Yahoo, or Sporting News for your free leagues to help you get started. Ultimately, CBS is my favorite, but it does cost a pretty penny so I would make sure I had plenty of guys to play with so that every team will help pay the bill.
As far as strategies, go - you’re out of luck! I’ll be in several leagues and I can’t allow my enemies to know what I’m doing. I have to defend my championship. However, the general consensus and MY RECOMMENDATION is to secure your starting Running Backs in the early rounds of the draft. They are a dime a dozen and will make or break your season. The rest is up to you to decide what is best and I would use the informational sites above to plan your own strategy.
