I’ve got a New Catch Phrase

Okay, if you’ve read much of my posts, you pretty much already know that I’m an idiot. Actually, you’re supposed to think that I’m really funny. I can call myself an idiot because I can. If you call me an idiot, then I’ll get upset and have a little one-to-one with your mother. But enough about that.
Today at work, I created my very own new catch phrase. I don’t remember the exact question that was asked to me. All I remember was thinking about Whitney Houston with her famous ‘hell-to-the-no’ quote and I was attempting to emulate that. However, I couldn’t quite remember how she said it. So out of my mouth came this…
H to the double L No!
In other words, HLL No! What?! Immediately after I said it, my brain began processing the error. I was like, wait a minute, that doesn’t sound right. Here is where the average person would laugh it off and go about his/ her business. I’m not the average person. I did laugh it off, but I didn’t exactly go about my business. The more I thought about it, the funnier and cooler it sounded. Of course, cool to me isn’t necessarily the same as cool to the general population. For one, I’m white. I’m 32. And I listen to sports talk radio instead of music in the car. Yeah, I know. Enough said.
So, from time to time, I fully expect to use my new catch phrase in my blog. So if you see an occasional ‘H to the double L‘ then just simply smile and go about your business. That’s all I need to keep me happy!
Can I get a ‘H to the double L‘ Yeah!?!
