Static ThinkBox’s Sex Survey

I’m asking for your help. I’ve had an idea for a blog post for some time now and I have decided to do my own research for it - so to speak. With the help of SurveyGizmo, I have created an online survey that can be taken quickly that will give me the research I need to either dispute or support some of my theories about sexual behavior in men and women.
The post is generally about the lack of sex between individuals and the reasons for it. I have various theories for that, but I wanted some statistics to back it up so I created a small 7 questions survey that will give me the answers I need. If you are willing to help me, I will be greatly appreciative. The survey is intended to be anonymous due to the sensitive nature of the project, but if you want to comment and let me know that you have taken it I will try to figure some kind of worthy reward to say Thanks! 
However, feel free to remain anonymous as my basic report only gives me the percentages of the answers and that’s all I care about so I will not be using the survey to try to find out who helped me out and frankly I’m not even sure if I’m even given that information to begin with as this is my first time using this service. If it works out well, then I’ll use the service again for future blog posts.
Basically, if you have enjoyed this blog and you would like to help me out, then please click the link to the survey posted below and click the answer that best represents your situation. If you found it to be relatively painless, then any mention to your friends and family would be awesomely appreciated as I would like to get at least 100 responses so my calculations are somewhat true representatives of what I’m looking to write about. My blog title is listed in the survey so there is a small reward for those that will actually click the link and look at it. Hopefully, I can get enough responses by the end of the year that I can entertain you some more.
