ThinkBox Happenings (01/22/08)

My Fantasy Football page has been moved from the main blog tabs. It can still be found in the About Me Page if you wish to look at it. I won two Championships out of 4 Leagues, so it was a pretty good season. Also, the About Me Page was updated. I cleaned up some of the sentences and made it easier to read and understand. I also added a picture of me as ThinkBox P.I. just for fun.
Furthermore, I am announcing my Blog Schedule* for you to check out. It has been updated in the Coming Soon Page located in the tabs at the top of this blog. Here it is:

CommonLinks refer to my previous series that is being continued where I basically give you bookmarks of my recommended sites on certain search topics. You can even e-mail me a suggestion topic to be used for future CommonLinks if you like. CommonLinks are back baby!
Events refer to current news, celebrity, gossip, etc. that is going on in the world that I have an opinion on. This is somewhat by request from my review from Fresh Slant.
ThinkBox P.I. Investigates refer to a new series where I will don the hat of ThinkBox P.I. and research various issues, problems, or whatever I think ThinkBox P.I. would be doing at that particular time. If this goes as planned, this series could easily be one of my favorites. Hopefully, it will be yours too.
Baby ThinkBox refers to the status of Little Baby ThinkBox as his birth gets closer and closer. He is due around March 14th (Countdown is in upper right corner of webpage) but realistically could be born anytime now. I may or may not continue this series after birth; however, there is no doubt that stories will arise from either one of my sons so in that sense it will continue but might be called something else.
ThinkBox Videos refer to the ThinkBox Video of the Week. Each Week I will place at least one video that I believe deserves to be placed on my site. Generally, they should be humorous in nature, but I could mix it up something else if I choose it’s worthy.
Cell Phones refer to information about the wireless industry. I am an employee of the new AT&T (formerly Cingular Wireless) and will share helpful (but non-proprietary) information about cell phones or wireless service. It’s something that I know about so those will be more informative in nature rather than for entertainment. Feel free to ask questions if you have any.
Miscellaneous refers to the freedom that I can do whatever I want. It can mean that I have a story that I want to tell that doesn’t fall into the aforementioned categories. Or, it could mean that I either don’t have the time to post anything that particular day or that I don’t want to take the time to post anything. Call it my ‘Get out of Jail Free‘ card that I have an infinite supply of.
Essentially with this schedule, I give myself the freedom to do either category listed, or I can do both. There is no doubt that some days will have one post while others could have 2 (or even more - now that’s just crazy talk). Other days, I could choose to go the Miscellaneous route and not post anything at all. Per my motto, “Because life comes at you random”, so I can’t guarantee time will always be on my side, nor will I always manage my time appropriately to maintain what I hope is quality content.
Nonetheless, I think I have a pretty good start to a promising blogging year. All that I ask is that you join me on this ride so that it is not in vain.
