Heidi Montag’s “Higher” Video Sucks!

YouTube took it down. Punks! I guess the Heidi Montag camp was embarrassed enough and didn’t want this awful video to spread too fast. Oh, oops, my bad. I don’t give up that easy YouTube. You pansies. It’s going to spread to all my six and a third fans really fast. So take that!
Spencer Pratt shoots this ridiculously choreographed (and I’m ashamed to even use the word choreographed) video of Heidi Montag in a pink bikini on a beach. The video looks like it is of the quality that ThinkBox P.I. would have used during his, uh, extra-curricular activities - if you know what I’m saying, and I think you do.
There’s no question that she’s hot, but that doesn’t mean every hot young actress should be cutting an album. I mean, look at her. Whether her breasts are real or fake, it doesn’t really matter at this point. That isn’t really the first thought that pops in a guy’s head upon seeing such images. The song is horrible. Maybe some find it catchy, I don’t know. All I know is that there are a few times when I was screaming - “No, lower lower… you shouldn’t sing that high!” Please, Lower! Plus, I thought higher was pronounced - “Hi er” not - “Hi yer”, or am I just being an annunciation freak?
Make sure you watch her hands. It’s like she doesn’t know what to do with them so she just spreads out her fingers as she moves her arms. I call them web hands for lack of a better description. I can easily imagine the director yelling the following as the song progresses:
- No - don’t cover your chest
- Ok, here is spread your wings line
- Yes… spread like a duck.. nice… fingers straight… good
- Ok, laugh and roll around - show your sense of fun
- Now act like the water is cold.. oh, it is? Well that’s perfect
- No - remember? don’t cover your chest
- Nice! Now act like a supermodel laying on the sand
- And we’re done!
Actually, upon further review, I find the video to be watchable if you mute it and have either Thriller or Wang Chung playing instead. Yes, much better. Heidi Montag should have so done that in place of her song. Then she wouldn’t have sucked so bad.
