Baby Birth Prediction Contest - It’s Not Too Late

This is just a simple reminder that it’s not too late to participate in my fun little contest - The Little Baby ThinkBox Birth Prediction Contest. It’s so easy, a blogger can do it - or anyone else for that matter.
Here’s the premise in case you didn’t see my previous post about it. Our second child is due basically any day now. The official due date is March 14th (3/14), so I have chosen to give away 314 Entrecard credits to the winner as well as free advertising on this site and eMedtv has also offered a free T-shirt. Not bad at all for an easy contest.
The rules are simple:
- Post this contest on your blog with a link to this article
- Comment here to let me know you’ve done so just in case the trackback doesn’t reach me.
- E-mail me with your prediction date and time (Time will be used as a tie-breaker)
- Optional: Go ahead and drop an Entrecard credit to this site and reward yourself for visiting.
- Optional: I would suggest subscribing to the RSS feed so that you would be notified when the contest is over.
Something as simple as, “Hey guys, I’m participating in a fun contest over at Static ThinkBox. Check it out.” would be okay. I don’t need long or detailed post. It can be short and simple. Most of my participants right now are friends and family (which is expected) and they are part of a different set of prizes. So bloggers have an excellent chance to win right now.
Some basic facts to aid you in your prediction: this is our second child and my wife has been 1 cm dilated for the past few weeks. I know that doesn’t help much, but it’s all I got right now. Besides, if I knew the date, I couldn’t share it with you anyway. So take a little guess. If you would rather comment then e-mail me your prediction, that is fine too. I just didn’t want someone to look at someone else’s guess and use that to their advantage.

Well this is depressing. Stop writing like that, your posts are spoiling your reader’s mood. Boring.

I agree this post isn’t near as exciting as some of my others, but it isn’t really intended to be either. Just an outline of a contest I ran awhile back.
